Devika is an expert coach and consultant with clinical and organizational psychology perspective. She works closely with Chinese and International clients, on the influence of social-emotional factors on business processes.
Devika is an INSEAD graduate with a Masters in Coaching and Consulting for Change (Clinical and Organisational psychology), specializing in interpersonal perspective, organizational family systems, leadership dynamics, groups and teams, organizational change, and human behavior dynamics.
At INSEAD, she created and researched a framework and a coaching tool to enhance Executive Presence- Beyond Striking a Pose: Analysis of the effectiveness of a self-formulated coaching tool for enhancing the executive presence of senior executives.
Between 2007 and 2013, she was based in Shanghai as a leading sales person and Senior Consultant in business development for Simitri Group International, training, coaching and consulting firm headquartered in Singapore, with offices worldwide. There she worked closely with senior executives of Fortune 1000 companies throughout the Asian Pacific.
Devika began her career in India in 1994, working in publishing and book distribution before moving to NIS Sparta, the leading provider of soft skills training for Indian corporate clients. In her subsequent international, multicultural career progression she has variously called Sri Lanka, Egypt, and Indonesia home, gaining solid experience in sales, marketing and general management

• Executive Masters in Coaching and Consulting from INSEAD, currently working on thesis.
• Diploma in International Etiquette and Protocol, with a specialization in international business etiquette from Institute Villa Peirrefue in Montreux, Switzerland.
• Training license holder and graduate of the Protocol School of Washington in cross-cultural awareness and business etiquette.
• Diploma in Sales and Marketing Management from the National Institute of Sales (New Delhi).

Asmara International: Designing and developing and intervention to smoothen a joint venture process for a multinational trading company in China. The intervention was conducted in small groups, to help transition close to 200 employees towards the accepting and managing changes in the organization.
Kellogg- HKUST: Delivered a talk on leadership and decision making, and will be addressing the consecutive batch on a similar topic.
Mango East Asia: Designing and developing workshop and follow up coaching and mentoring for high potential to develop Executive Presence.

She is fluent in English and Hindi, conversationally proficient in Indonesian and Mandarin Chinese.
