Since 2016, Anil has been actively touring India and teaching cutting-edge qualitative research approaches to doctoral students and faculty at several research institutes, such as IIM-Trichy, IIM-Ahmedabad, IIM-Bangalore, IIM-Udaipur, Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai, Amity Institute for Behavioral Health and Allied Sciences, NOIDA (UP), Institute for Social and Economic Change (ISEC), Bangalore, Symbiosis International University, Pune, NMIMS, Mumbai, NIMHANS, Bangalore, Jamia Millia University, Delhi, and MICA, Ahmedabad. Anil holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Development and a master’s degree in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. His research interests include Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), hermeneutic phenomenology, and the ontological quest for meaning.
