Anil holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Development and a master’s degree in Human and Organizational Systems from Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California. His research interests include Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), hermeneutic phenomenology, and the ontological quest for meaning.
