Anil Behal, MSM, MA, PhD
Principal Consultant
Anil Behal holds a Masters degree in Management from
the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and
a Masters degree in Human and Organizational Systems
from the Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara,
California. In addition to pursuing traditional education
in management and organizational development, Anil has
earned a nontraditional doctoral degree in Metaphysics
from the American Institute of Holistic Theology, Birmingham,
Alabama, while concurrently completing two years of
experiential education and training in contemporary
psychoanalysis (Modern Freudian) at the Philadelphia
School of Psychoanalysis.
Anil has been associated with the insurance and financial
services industry in the US for the past two decades,
and prior to that, was affiliated with several major
multinational corporations in India. He is the Principal
Consultant at ORGDYNE Training and Consulting, LLCSM
a Philadelphia based firm that explores the complexities
of group and organizational dynamics, by studying them
through a systems psychodynamics lens. The firm continues
to host a variety of online/face-to-face courses and
conferences dedicated to the advancement of "applied"
knowledge in the areas of leadership, teambuilding,
executive coaching, and organizational assessment. In
September of 2006, the firm made a significant pioneering
breakthrough by offering the first-ever, "online" group
relations conference in the Tavistock tradition, under
the directorship of Jeffrey D. Roth, MD. Today, it is
the proud architect of the "idea organization" entitled
Online Group RelationsSM on which it holds a US
Trademark.
