The "Coach Consultants Consortium" is an international strategic alliance of experienced executive coaches, organizational consultants, and scholar-practitioners who work in organizational settings around the world, using a variety of approaches and pedagogies. Consortium members are not employees of ORGDYNE Training & Consulting, LLC and do not represent the firm as its agents. The same applies to all other affiliates and consultants listed elsewhere on this site. Members are carefully chosen for their commitment, integrity, and credentials. Nearly all of our members have earned advanced degrees and many have undergone rigorous training at reputable institutions such as ICF (International Coach Federation), NTL (National Training Labs), ISABS (Indian Society for Applied Behavioral Science), Tavistock Institute, UK, AKRI (AK Rice Institute), and others.

Here is the list of membership benefits that all paying members enjoy:

• After the membership fee is paid, members are authorized to upload and showcase their profiles, photos, links, publications, etc. on our site. These form part of a searchable database that is accessible to prospective clients and other users.
• Members enjoy a great deal of visibility, not only on our web site, but also the ORGDYNE Global Village where we feature their work from time to time, along with that of other consortium members.
• Members have unrestricted access to our entire library of password-protected world class papers, articles, and publications on a variety of topics such as organizational behavior and psychodynamics, consulting, coaching, team building, organizational assessment etc.  A partial listing of our publications can be found on our Papers page.
• Members have on-demand access to our entire suite of technology services such as WebEx platform, private bulletin boards, teleconference bridge, online document sharing and transfer etc.
• Members have an opportunity to work as Subject Matter Experts (SME) for courses that they develop in collaboration with us. They retain all intellectual property rights to the material and we host the courses on our global e-learning portal on a fee sharing basis.
