Debbra Bronstad (CA)
Debbra's experience includes Values Coaching, Life Coaching, and Health & Wellness Coaching. She works with Values Technology, Santa Cruz,California as a Knowledge Integrator to enhance the company's knowledge transfer and workflow processes in product development, finance, and customer service. She also supports curriculum development for Values Coach accreditation. Debbra is experienced in document and strategic analysis of team values. As an acccredited values coach, Debbra coaches clients using the Hall-Tonna Inventory of Values online measurement tool. Her coaching assists individual clients in recognizing their Vision Values that are pulling them toward their destiny. She also addresses developmental gaps that may be pulling energy away from one's vision.
For team development, coaching provides an opportunity for team members to first understand how their own values motivate their behavior and choices. Then, the top priority values of the team are identified, in order to shed light on the group dynamics that may be hindering the optimal effectiveness of the team. The team participants finally establish their goals, mission and strategy together, based on their shared priority values.
Prior to her involvement at Values Technology, Debbra founded "Living Well Coach" in 1996 offering seminars, small group classes, and coaching for personal, relational and health goals.
Debbra has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Michigan. She is currently a student in the Fielding Graduate University Organization and Management Development and Evidence Based Coaching programs.

Dr. Mike Chase (WA)
Dr Mike Chase is currently making a transition from academia to writing and consulting in the areas of organizational literacy, organizational competencies, and leadership development. He is particularly interested in the creation of communities of practice, especially online virtual communities, related to the importance of organizational literacy and organizational competency for all members of organizations (see "Individual Organizational Literacy and Competency") and leadership development for leaders at all levels within organizations.
Until recently Mike served as Professor of Psychology at Quincy University, coordinating the Industrial/Organizational Psychology option. He introduced students to the content of Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Training and Development, and Psychological Assessment through innovative experiential learning strategies such as the class-as-organization model that produced a high level of realism and engagement. He had an early interest in the dynamics of dispersed (virtual) organizations and began teaching a web-based course more than a decade ago that studied the dynamics of virtual organizations while simultaneously functioning as a virtual organization.
While at the university Dr. Chase provided organizational expertise in a comprehensive redesign of the institution's academic governance by serving as the conceptual guide to a joint faculty-administration effort to move beyond immobilizing conflict to create an organization with a "culture and climate characterized by openness, participation, collaboration, trust and mutually respectful behavior." Mike guided the development of assessment tools to evaluate the development of this new climate and culture and articulated the need for meaningful 360 degree feedback and deliberate leadership development at all levels.
As will be evident in an examination of links to Dr. Chase's articles on the Orgdyne site and his participation in the Orgdyne Consortium community, he has a strong background in the behavioral sciences and broad interests and wisdom in the application of the behavioral sciences to enhance both organizational effectiveness and individual well-being and satisfaction (see "The Person-Organization Chasm: Bridgeable?"). Especially important to his work has been the insight he has received through participation in several Tavistock group relations events in the U.S., the U.K., and Israel that provided an analysis of the psychodynamic elements of group life as well as a systems view of the group relations event in which the participants are interacting. Thus, his approach to facilitating organizational literacy is quite comprehensive and includes assisting clients develop a systems perspective for understanding the structure and dynamics of their role in their organizations, as well as developing habits of observational analysis that include not only looking at observable features but also exploring the less observable, often hidden, dimensions of organizational life, including those that are unconscious. Another unexpected source of his professional training has been interaction with colleagues in the humanities at his university from whom he gained a great appreciation for the subtleties of language (see section titled Tools for the Analysis and Critique of Organizational Discourse in "Strategies for Detecting and Avoiding Themes of Domination and Control" article) and the value of narrative (see "Listening to their Stories: Narrative Approaches to Organizational Consulting") in understanding and assessing individuals, dyads, teams, and organizations.
Dr. Chase completed his bachelors and masters degrees in Psychology at Eastern Washington State University and his Ph.D. in Counseling at Washington State University. Dr. Chase has made numerous presentations at professional conferences on a wide range of I/O and OD topics, as well as providing consultation and training on the management of change, understanding individual differences and their impact on team performance, the management of conflict, the development of leadership, and other organizational literacy topics.
