Gary R. Casselman, PhD, CEO
casselman Gary R. Casselman, PhD, CEO, CCG, Inc., brings more than twenty-five years of professional experience and expertise in working with executive leadership & team development, as well as in organizational consulting. He has consulted nationally with corporations, such as The Parsons Company, Tyco Electronics, Bush Brothers & Company, Inc., Gap, Inc., Checkers Corporation, Henredon Furniture Industries, and Atlantic Envelope Company, supporting them in developing High Performance Organizations through the development of a High Performance Leadership force and culture, in alignment with strategy.

He believes that since everyone has access to the same information, technology and business models, the only competitive edge left for any company is in the quality of its leadership force and the nature and quality of the corporate culture that that leadership force creates, that optimally supports the execution of strategy through the tactical plan, in support of the Purpose and Vision. The paradox is, that if a company’s competitive edge is its leadership and culture, our general society does not do a very good job of educating people in the very profession that will give them the competitive edge, nor in supporting them in developing the skills necessary to be maximally effective leaders.

CCG, Inc. has developed a powerful set of integrated developmental technology, that supports organizations of all types in creating an effective and high performance leadership force and culture to truly provide the competitive edge.

Both he and Dr. Timothy C. Daughtry have recently published a one-of-a-kind business book on strategy execution, entitled: Passing the Baton: Winning the Race for Strategic Execution. The second edition of this book has been published by Capital Books, Inc. in March, 2009 under the new title of: Executing Strategy: From Boardroom to Frontline.

Additionally Dr. Casselman and Dr. Daughtry have developed a very powerful 360° instrument and process, entitled 4D360©. This process is based on their leadership construct: Four Dimensional Leadership©. A free copy of the manuscript can be downloaded from CCG’s website: www.ccgteam.com

Dr. Casselman, a licensed psychologist in two states, obtained his Ph.D. in Psychology in 1977 from the University of Pennsylvania, in Philadelphia, and has lectured there as well as at Pennsylvania State University. In recent years, he has co-authored and published several articles on the role of leadership in creating and sustaining high performance in leadership and organizations.
