Anil
Behal, M.S.M., Ph.D.
Principal
Anil Behal holds a Masters degree in Management from the American
College and a Masters degree in Human and Organizational Systems
from the Fielding Graduate University, California where he hopes
to return in the future to complete the remaining coursework and
dissertation for a doctorate in Human and Organizational Systems.
In addition to pursuing traditional education in management and
organizational development, Anil has also earned a doctoral degree
in Metaphysics from the American Institute of Holistic Theology
and received two years of psychoanalytic training (Modern Freudian)
at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis.
.....Anil has been associated with the insurance and financial
services industry in the US for the past 19 years, in various
capacities, and prior to that, was affiliated with several major
multinational corporations in India. He is the founder of ORGDYNE
Training and Consulting, a Philadelphia based consulting firm
that takes a systems psychodynamic approach to organizational
consulting. His firm also hosts the "ORGDYNE" forum,
a virtual community of professionals from around the world. The
community is dedicated to the exploration, research and understanding
of group and organizational dynamics. Since its founding in 2000,
the group has grown to a membership of 850 professionals, many
of whom are distinguished educators and authors in the field of
organizational dynamics. Anil is currently spearheading the formation
of a new international society, to be named "The Global Society
for Organizational Dynamics" (GSOD), and regularly hosts
a variety of online courses on his firm's proprietary platform
ORGDYNE-Invision Power Board (OIPB).

Christina
Becker MBA, Diploma of Analytical Psychology (Zurich) is an organizational
consultant and a certified Jungian psychoanalyst. She has a Masters
of Business Administration degree from York University in Toronto
and a Diploma from the C.G. Jung Institute in Zurich, Switzerland.
The Diploma is a Ph.D. equivalent and accredited by the International
Association for Analytical Psychology.
.....Christina is the senior member
of Archetypal Paradigm Group, an international consulting company
which brings Carl Jungs concepts of consciousness and individuation
to organizations. APG explores with clients how the interactions
between individual and organization may be made more sustainable
when aligned with values, ethical capacity, and ethical decision
making. Over her 20 year consulting career, her organizational
clients have included the International Institute for Management
Development in Lausanne Switzerland where she was part of a team
of facilitators exploring unconscious team dynamics. Other clients
have included the City of Vancouver and Royal Conservatory of
Music. She is also an associate member of the Centre for Practical
Ethics at York University. In addition, she has a private practice
in analytical psychology in Toronto, Ontario Canada.
Her book The Heart of the Matter: Individuation as an Ethical
Process was published by Chiron Publications in the fall of
2004. It explores the connection between Jungs concept of
individuation and ethics.
