Our core values and philosophy are grounded in the belief
that all human and organizational systems possess "entelechy",
an innate potential present in all organisms; to grow
and actualize, to realize their dreams, and to strive
for wellness. However, in that pursuit of actualization,
the systems also encounter opposing forces that serve
as resistance to growth. We celebrate resistance as
an important hallmark in the process of discovery and
self awareness. Every individual, group and organization
has the right to make choices between what is determinable
and conscious versus what can only be deeply felt, but
not easily explained. By focusing on both these dimensions-the
overt and covert-our training programs provide a more
holistic view of the organization.
We serve the needs of HR/OD Consultants, Team Leaders,
Academics, and others interested in working with and
understanding the dynamics of groups and organizations.
In addition, we offer train-the-trainer programs for
psychotherapists, social workers, and psychoanalysts
who are interested in transitioning from their existing
therapy practices to organizational consulting.
