Anil holds a Masters degree in Management from the American College in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania and a Masters degree in Human and Organizational Systems from the Fielding Graduate University, Santa Barbara, California, where he is pursuing a PhD in Human and Organizational Development. His research interests include the systems psychodynamics of "social networking" and virtual communities of practice.In addition to traditional education in management and organizational development, Anil has also completed two years of experiential education and training in contemporary psychoanalysis (Modern Freudian) at the Philadelphia School of Psychoanalysis. He holds a graduate certificate in Six Sigma Healthcare (Green Belt) from Villanova University, Pennsylvania.

Anil Behal has been associated with the insurance, financial services, and healthcare industries in the US for more than two decades, and continues to work with several major multinational corporations in India as well. He is the managing director and founder of ORGDYNE Training and Consulting, LLC, a Philadelphia-based firm with operations in New Delhi, India and a large network of independent consultants located worldwide. The firm continues to host a variety of online and face-to-face courses and conferences dedicated to the advancement of "applied" knowledge in leadership, teambuilding, executive coaching, and organizational psychodynamics. In September of 2006, the firm made a significant pioneering breakthrough by offering the first-ever, "online" group relations conference in the Tavistock tradition, followed by the first "online" conference in 2007, to integrate the NTL and Group Relations technologies in a single event.
